Jen Glantz is a multi-passionate business owner and writer. She is a Bridesmaid for Hire, 3x-Author, You're Not Getting Any Younger Podcast Host, The Newlywed Card Game Creator and so many other amazing things!
Last year, we designed Jen’s personal coaching website and she came back to us for her second website – Bridesmaid for Hire.

Bridesmaid for Hire is Jen Glantz’s viral business. Back in 2014, after attending the weddings of all of her friends, she posted an ad on Craiglist offering complete strangers to be their professional bridesmaid. The post went viral and soon Jen found herself on numerous TV shows and being interviewed by dozens of news outlets.

The head-turning company provides professional bridesmaid services to those getting married and to maids of honor. In the past 8-years, they’ve worked with hundreds of clients, had over 100,000 people apply to work for them, hired a team of professional bridesmaids, and even started a training program to help people start their own unique wedding business and make money.

We accepted the challenge of rebuilding the viral business’ website on Showit.

What we did for Bridesmaid for Hire

First, we facelifted Bridesmaid for Hire’s existing brand. We worked with an existing logo mark and added new typography, new colors, and graphic elements. We created several mood boards to nail down the style. Jen wanted to build a fun and feminine brand around the existing neutral logo. She got a new stunning photoshoot and we got to work.

We added several shades of pink and yellow and light blue accents to the palette. The focus is on pink color and the creative photography – Jen used a lot of bright and colorful outfits and sparkling props. Wavy lines and subtle gradients emphasize the friendliness and cheerfulness of this brand.

The result is a 27-page website that presents the multi-faceted business in detail and is bursting with personality. Showit’s team helped us migrate 370 blog posts from Jen’s old WordPress website and the transition was smooth and easy.

Thank you, Jen, for working with us again!

HERE’S WHAT JEN SAID ABOUT WORKING WITH US:

“When it came time to redesign my website for my business, I was filled with excitement reaching out to the team at Applet Studios. I had worked with them in 2021 on an extensive website for my personal brand and they did such an extraordinary job and I couldn’t wait to work with them again. Not only does the team bring creativity, organization, and professional advice to the website design process, but they are patient, understanding, and brilliant at bringing visions to life. Everytime they shared updates about this new website, I found myself so happy with the work they had done. The final website exceeded my expectations and is something I am so proud to share with my customers and my audience. I felt a sense of sadness when the project was over because I will miss working with the team. I look forward to reaching out again in the near future for more website needs.”
