Impactful Squarespace Website for a Professional Network
Designed to showcase expertise, foster collaboration, and highlight infrastructure projects
The Squarespace website for NETLIPSE is one of our recent custom projects from summer 2025. NETLIPSE is a network connecting leaders and experts in Europe who work on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as bridges, railways, and major energy systems. The platform serves as both a knowledge hub and a meeting place, allowing these leaders to share insights, learn best practices, and collaborate to deliver their projects successfully.
The NETLIPSE website design is a prime example of a clean, authoritative, B2B-style corporate site built to establish credibility and facilitate professional networking.
The core visual identity relies on a sharp, intentional color contrast. We use dark purple for backgrounds and headers to underline authority and seriousness. A vibrant, bright teal and lime green are used exclusively for accents and key informational features, such as buttons, dividers, and statistics, adding a sense of innovation and energy.
Imagery plays a key role in showing what the website is about, even without text. The main focus of the pictures is on large-scale infrastructure like bridges, skylines. They work well as the background visuals in hero headers. We also use many photos from the network meetings, along with professional headshots of the leadership and members.
We chose clean, modern sans-serif typefaces to ensure high readability for dense, technical, and policy-related text.
One of the elements we use repeatedly to establish credibility is a gallery of logos that takes the form of partner/sponsor walls. Prominent logos from major European organizations, firms, and educational institutions help build visual trust.
The website features clear, concise blocks highlighting key statistics (e.g., "500+" projects, "65 members," "100% satisfaction"). In addition to data visualization, a large, clean map of Europe provides geographical context, visually grounding the organization’s mission and reach.
