Confident Squarespace Website for a Growth Advisor
Joelene Wolfe
Joelene Wolfe is a business coach helping female entrepreneurs go from stuck to scaling – through 1:1 advising, strategy intensives, and self-paced resources. She built her website using our Squarespace Template Here&Now, and customized it into something that feels as uplifting and direct as her coaching practice.
The Here&Now template ships with an earthy, grounded palette — sage greens, warm terracotta, and muted neutrals, as seen in the demo. Joelene's customization takes the same structural warmth and shifts the color story entirely: deep berry-pink, dusty slate blue, and soft blush replace the original tones. The result feels feminine and confident.
The illustrated floral motifs from the template – used as background textures and decorative accents throughout the pages – carry over into Joelene's version, giving the site a handcrafted, personal quality that photography alone couldn't achieve. Joelene recolors them to fit her new palette.
The homepage opens with a scrolling list of feelings rather than a service description: overwhelmed, indecisive, stagnant, fearful, frustrated, discouraged, bored. It's a disarming move – leading with emotions and pain points rather than credentials or offers. A visitor who sees their own experience named starts paying attention to the website's content.
The rest of the copy follows the same instinct: conversational, self-aware, occasionally funny, and always specific. It reads like someone who has actually listened to many female founders talk about their problems and hardships.
Here&Now includes a clean three-column service cards section, and Joelene uses it on the homepage to present her three coaching offers side by side: the Fast + Focused Intensive, the VIP Strategy Experience, and the 3-Month Accelerator. Each card carries a brief, plain-language description and a "Tell Me More" link — no pricing, no feature lists, just enough to orient a visitor and move them toward the Work With Me page.
The Work With Me page then expands each tier with full detail: pricing, what's included, who it's perfect for. The two-step structure — preview on homepage, detail on dedicated page — is a direct use of the template's architecture, and it works well for a coaching business. In order not to overwhelm the reader, discoverability should come before the explanation and details.
Joelene's own photos appear throughout the site — on the sofa, at a desk, laughing, working — and they are doing significant trust-building work. The images are warm and consistent with the copy tone of voice: approachable, real, not trying too hard. Combined with the elegant serif typography and the floral graphic elements, the overall effect is a brand that feels like a person rather than a product.
Joelene Wolfe's website shows how the Here&Now template can be customized beyond its original palette while keeping the warmth and structural logic that make it work. The floral motifs, the layout patterns, and the tone of care stayed – everything else was shaped around a very specific voice and a very clear audience.
