Bold Squarespace Website for a Photography and Videography Company

Dlores Media Group

Desmond Hunt is the founder of Dlores Media Group, a nationwide corporate photography and videography company specializing in conferences, corporate events, branded interviews, and on-site headshot stations. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and serving organizations across the U.S., he built his website using our Squarespace Template Launch Day and customized it to fit his brand.

Launch Day ships with a bold, modern energy: bright yellow accents, cream backgrounds, oversized black type, and a personality that reads as fresh and confident. That boldness translated directly into Dlores Media Group's custom palette — deep forest green, near-black backgrounds, and bright lime accents. The vividness stayed; the color shifted to match a brand serving corporate clients like AT&T, Lexus, and national healthcare associations. Where the template leans playful, Desmond's customization leans authoritative — but both are operating at the same visual volume.

One of Launch Day's signature homepage elements is the expandable accordion services list — a clean way to present multiple offerings without overwhelming the page. Dlores Media Group uses it prominently in the hero section, listing Corporate Events, Video Production, Headshots, Business Branding, and Organic Creative Content as collapsible items over a full-bleed event photography image.

It's a direct use of the template pattern, and it works well here: a visitor can scan the full service range at a glance and dig into what they need without scrolling to a separate page. For a company with five distinct service categories targeting a corporate buyer who wants efficiency, the format is a natural fit.

Launch Day includes a Services page with numbered alternating sections — a layout Dlores kept and expanded significantly. Each major service (Video Production, Event Photography, Headshots) gets its own dedicated page, with the template's characteristic structure — full-width hero, intro copy, process steps, portfolio examples, testimonials, and a closing CTA — adapted for a B2B audience.

The Video Production page is particularly strong, embedding actual Vimeo reels directly into the page so visitors can evaluate the work without leaving the site. The Headshots page takes a different angle, focusing on the headshot booth as a conference add-on service and leading with a five-reason argument for why event planners should include it. Both pages reflect how flexibly Launch Day's section architecture can be repurposed across very different service conversations.

The homepage features a prominent row of client logos — AARC, AT&T, Lexus, TLA, Nurses Legacy, Results for America, and others — placed just below the hero. In the Launch Day template, the equivalent section is used for partner badges and press mentions. Dlores adapted it into a trust-building credential wall, and the effect is immediate: this is a company that has worked at scale, for serious organizations, repeatedly.

For a B2B media company where credibility is the primary purchase driver, this is exactly the right thing to put above the fold.

Dlores Media Group's website shows what happens when a client takes a premium Squarespace Template for our shop and customizes it to match their visual identity. On this website, the layout logic is Launch Day's; the brand voice and color are unmistakably Desmond's.
