Wild Owl Yoga
Wild Owl is a yoga studio based in Carlow, Ireland. It was founded by Elena Mifsud, a wellness professional from Dublin, who bought a Squarespace template from our shop to build a website for her business. The LiveLove template was designed for fitness trainers, holistic practitioners, and yoga studios; therefore, it perfectly suits Elena's needs.
The Wild Owl website has a soft, nature-inspired aesthetic primarily due to its calming color palette of muted blues, greens, and neutrals. These colors reflect the studio's connection to nature and promote a sense of tranquility. These colors are complemented by warm, intimate imagery – yoga moments, meditation, and natural textures. Even though the majority of the pictures are stock images, they are very well curated and work together color-wise.
Small graphic elements like starbursts, sparkles, and celestial icons create a cohesive, recognizable brand identity while adding a whimsical, spiritual touch.
The website content is well-organized with distinct sections for offerings and conditions. The strategic use of color in the neat information blocks helps structure the website. The online booking powered by the Squarespace tool Acuity Scheduling is available on the Classes & Timetable page. Elena also plans to build a separate page for one-time events like workshops. All in all, the navigation around the website feels effortless, and choosing and booking a class feels seamless.
The homepage also has a testimonial section that hosts studio visitors' reviews. This easy-to-use instrument builds credibility and turns scrollers into yoga practitioners.
