Minimalistic Squarespace Website for a Mindset Coach

The website has lots of space to breathe. This is achieved through the generous use of negative space, which also creates a calm and premium feel. This atmosphere is especially important for therapy/coaching niches.
Jo’s website is minimalistic at its core and doesn't have many décor elements. The icons, embellishments, or loud patterns would disturb the premium coaching vibe she intended to convey.
The layout has visual columns that consist of images and text. The alternation between left and right alignments keeps the page visually engaging.
The website's color palette consists of soft neutrals and just one burgundy highlight color. The beige & cream background gives the pages warmth and elegance, while burgundy adds sophistication and draws attention to CTA and navigation links.
Jo doesn't use stock pictures on her website. All images show the coach in natural environments, reinforcing authenticity. Soft neutrals in Jo’s wardrobe/office reflect and reinforce the website’s palette, creating a thoughtful brand cohesion.
Rounded image corners, which are the signature feature of the original template, reinforce the approachable, calming personality of the brand. At the same time, curved edges are only used in key areas, adding uniqueness without overusing a trick.
The brand's tone of voice is soft and friendly, and perfectly aligns with the design.
