Jenelle already has a website on Squarespace – check out her site for the Ebb and Glow podcast built with our Premium template Lemongrass. So the choice of platform was obvious since she uses and loves Squarespace. For her professional website with realting services, she went with another one of our templates – Lora.
Jenelle used the template’s signature split layouts for the hero sections on most of the pages, adding big beautiful portraits of herself, that cultivate the sense of trustworthiness needed in her business.
The website’s polished look, magazine-inspired font pair, classy beige, and b&w colors communicate reliability and openness.
Jenelle makes good use of the template’s freebie section – she has two of them for different audiences – buyers and renters. These guides help her grow her email lists and therefore her business.
She did a great job customizing the template but also added some features herself. For example, there are a few accordion blocks (learn how to style them from our blog), a testimonial section on the homepage, and an Instagram block in the footer.
