Squarespace Website for an Online Therapy Practice
Solace in Self
This website is an example of how we helped to finish off Squarespace template customization during a website tweaks call. Sara of Solace in Self bought the Good Vibes template from our shop. While working on the customization she got some questions and decided she needed a helping hand to finalize the website for her therapy practice.
Sara works online in Washington and Oregon states, which is why it is crucial for her to be represented on the web and have her professional website up on the Internet to let her audience find her and facilitate booking.
The result is a beautifully-designed website with a soft calming aesthetic that should appeal to her potential clientele. The forest green and neutral beige palette conveys a sense of calm and safety – ideal for a therapy practice serving highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ adults. Soft tones, rounded corners, and spacious layouts all work together to create a grounding, non-clinical feel. Content and tone are also tailored to put an emphasis on self-compassion, identity affirmation, and collaborative care. Photography reinforces the atmosphere – it feels organic and safe – think of cozy corners and greenery instead of sterile office shots.
The website guides visitors toward finding help: FAQs are answered in a neat drop-down easy to skim without distraction, while calls-to-action are consistent without being pushy.
